Toddler (2-3 yrs)
Our Toddler care fosters early development and emotional security with sensory play, music, storytime, and cuddles in a calm setting. Our toddler curriculum for ages 2 to 3 focuses on nurturing the whole child through hands-on, play-based learning experiences that support early development in language, motor skills, social-emotional growth, and cognitive exploration. Each day includes circle time with songs and stories, sensory play, guided art activities, basic counting and color recognition, and opportunities for independent and group play to build communication and cooperation skills. We emphasize routine, gentle structure, and a loving environment where toddlers feel safe to explore, express themselves, and grow at their own pace.
Preschool (3-5 yrs)
Our preschool curriculum is thoughtfully designed to support early learning through engaging, hands-on activities. We explore the alphabet with weekly letter themes, songs, and sensory bins, while also learning the days of the week through daily routines and music. Children build foundational math skills as we count, sort, and explore numbers, colors, and shapes through playful games and art projects. Each day includes sensory play to develop fine motor skills and encourage curiosity, along with story time to build vocabulary and a love for reading. Our creative and STEAM-based activities spark imagination and help every child grow in a fun, nurturing environment.

Hi, I’m Latifah, the heart behind Little Sprout Haven—a place where little hearts grow and little minds flourish. 🌱💛
Being a wife, a mother of three, and an educator, this daycare isn’t just a business to me—it’s a piece of my heart. As a mom, I know firsthand how precious and delicate these early years are. That’s why I’ve poured my love, experience, and dedication into creating a warm, nurturing space where children feel safe, loved, and encouraged to explore the world around them.
Before opening Little Sprout Haven, I was a Special Education Teacher for 12 years. Teaching children of all abilities gave me a deep understanding of the importance of individualized care, patience, and fostering a love for learning. I hold an Associate’s degree in Education, a Bachelor’s in Psychology, and a Master’s in Special Education with core certification. I’m also state-approved and certified, ensuring that every child in my care receives the attention, guidance, and support they deserve.
At Little Sprout Haven, your child is more than just another student—they are family. I am deeply committed to not only teaching but also nurturing, guiding, and celebrating each milestone as they grow. Every giggle, every discovery, and every small victory means the world to me.
